Where are you located?

The Winston is located at 249 W. Main Street, Sayville NY. Across from St. Lawrence the Martyr.

What is the venue’s guest capacity?

We can hold parties of up to 50 people in our venue.

How does the timing work?

We have two timeslots for our party dates. 11am - 3pm and 5p - 9pm. Each timeslot comes with one hour of prep before and one hour of clean-up after. If you’re looking to choose your own time or have a longer event, you’re welcome to book both slots.

Can I set up the night before?

In most cases, that will not be possible as we usually have very full weekends. If set up is needed the night before, please ask about booking rates for both dates.

Is there parking?

There is street parking in front and adjacent to the space. Sayville also has municipal parking nearby.

Where can I unload my decorations?

There is a small lot directly behind the store, to make loading and unloading decor and gifts easy and quick.

How big is The Winston?

1400 sq ft, to be set up however you like.

Do you offer event planning or day of coordination?

Your rental fee covers the day and time usage of the space. If you are looking for event planning services, please ask for recommendations while booking.

How does food work?

The Winston does not offer food service. All food must be catered by offsite vendors. Use of The Winston’s food staging area, and refrigerator, is available for vendors. We recommend using EZCater for delivery options from local restaurants.

Are we responsible for clean up?

The space must be swept clean and trash emptied in the back dumpster after each rental. Failure to do so will result in a loss of our security deposit. Want to head right out after your party and leave the cleaning to us? That’s fine too, just let us know at booking and we will add a $175 cleaning convenience fee.
